Our Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit significantly improves the performance & reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance craft.
Key Features Include:
- Precision formed aluminum tubing: Our high strength aluminum tubes are shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Rigid aluminum will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved throttle response & reliability.
- Integrated blow-off valve mount: Intercooler tubing includes mount for HKS Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17081-BOV-SSQV) or RIVA Blow-Off Valve Block-off Kit (RS1750-BVBO); both sold separately. Use of blow-off valve reduces wear and tear on clutch & drive gears of supercharger and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube.
- High quality silicone couplers & stainless steel clamps.
- 215 Models require RIVA Power Cooler Installation Kit. (part# RS1752-PCIK-GTR)
Note:Fits all `09 & newer Sea-Doo craft with S3 hulls as well as RXP-X 260 and GTR 215/230 models. Requires use of RIVA ‘GEN-3′ Power Cooler (part# RS1752-PC-I) or OEM `08~10 Sea-Doo 255/260 intercooler. Not compatible with smaller 2011 & newer OEM intercoolers.
