Overview
This kit delivers a significant level of performance (+13mph on U.S. models) through easy to install, bolt-on engine, exhaust, and pump enhancements. Requires use of fresh premium octane pump fuel (91~93).
RIVA Power Filter Kit is installed. Power Filter Kit draws cold air from outside your engine compartment delivering awesome performance and eliminating power-robbing heat intake. Air intake is separated from hot engine compartment with rigid thermal bulkhead that installs between engine & fuel tank. Cold air is delivered to engine via large 4” smooth-bore ducting that is attached to supercharger with unique velocity stack and sturdy billet clamps.
RIVA Catch Can/Engine Breather Upgrade Kit is installed. Easy to install catch can/oil breather eliminates power-robbing crankcase fumes and oil vapor from your engine’s air intake. Increases horsepower by removing the engine’s requirement to burn relatively non-combustible oil. Also improves intercooler efficiency by preventing the oil sludge coating that lowers thermal efficiency.
The RIVA XXX2 Charger is a complete supercharger assembly featuring a lightweight billet aluminum 140mm impeller that is precision balanced to deliver smooth operation. Includes billet spacer and machined front & rear housings that increase interior volume producing huge performance gains. Each XXX2 Charger is hand assembled using Genuine BRP shaft kit & hardware. Installs quickly in place of OEM supercharger. Requires aftermarket ECU, larger injectors & RIVA Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit for correct calibration.
RIVA Sea-Doo Fuel Tank Strap Upgrade Kit – Required to secure fuel tank properly when installing aftermarket air intake systems.
RIVA Power Cooler Tube Upgrade Kit is installed. High strength aluminum tubes are shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Rigid aluminum will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved throttle response & reliability. Includes integrated blow-off valve mount for improved reliability and performance. RIVA/HKS Blow-Off Valve (sold separately) unwanted pressure during off-throttle operation reducing supercharger clutch wear and eliminating heat soak in discharge tube.
RIVA ‘GEN-3’ Power Cooler is installed replacing original intercooler system. Power Cooler is dramatically more efficient than original intercooler system delivering an increase of 15 peak horsepower with exit temperatures averaging 50°F cooler than stock. Features large, unrestricted core that exhibits minimal pressure loss compared to stock intercooler.
RIVA Intake Manifold Upgrade Kit is installed. Removal of restrictive screen element from inside of intake manifold enables your engine to produce more horsepower through increased boost pressures (+1lb). Special o-ringed, billet block-off plug with integrated fitting for aftermarket boost pressure gauge fills opening left after removal of screen element.
RIVA Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is installed. Kit provides precision control of fuel pressure to meet fuel requirements of modified engine. Plugs directly into original fuel system with OEM connectors and features a large 3/8″ fuel return line. Includes integrated liquid-filled pressure gauge and billet Fuel Pressure Regulator Block-Off necessary for removal of stock fuel pressure regulator in fuel tank.
Bosch VT1100 Fuel Injector Kit is installed. High performance 1100cc fuel injector kit supplies modified Sea-Doo engines with the necessary amount of fuel to produce reliable horsepower.
RIVA Valve Train Upgrade Kit is installed. Titanium valve retainers and heavy-duty valve springs increase reliability of modified engine by recucing the possibility of valve float at high RPM. To ease installation of Valve Train Upgrade Kit we offer a unique Valve Compression Tool that allows installation without removal of cylinder head saving you time and money.
RIVA Pro-Series Water Box is installed. Developed on a flow bench to deliver increased horsepower and performance by reducing exhaust restriction and back pressure. Innovative short design allows easy servicing of supercharger without removal of exhaust system. High strength aluminum construction & precision welds will survive backfires & overheating. Mandrel bent Aluminum Exhaust Tube couples water box to Billet Rear Exhuast Outlet for added reliability, performance and serious cool factor.
RIVA MaptunerX BRP Bundle is utilized to reflash original ECU. MaptunerX provides ability to quickly and easily load performance tunes directly into your stock ECU eliminating downtime that results from shipping for programming. Performance Tunes are calibrated to provide optimum fuel delivery, ignition timing and rev limit to compliment RIVA Racing Performance Kits. OEM dash display, engine diagnostics & engine safety functions are retained. MaptunerX features a full color, touch screen display, ability to restore stock tune settings and access to RIVA’s complete tuning library and technical support.
RIVA Open Loop Cooling Kit is installed. Open loop system increases cooling efficiency via steady supply of cool external water dramatically reducing engine operating temperatures for improved performance & reliability.
Solas ‘R’-Series Concord Impeller is a special performance impeller offered exclusively by RIVA and RIVA authorized dealers. This impeller is specifically pitched for our specifications using a pitch block to ensure accuracy. Billet impeller cone is included.
